Biblical Hebrew

EKS's Biblical Hebrew Series is the most comprehensive course we offer. The goal of this program is to teach students to read and understand Biblical Hebrew as quickly as possible. The First Hebrew Primer, the centerpiece of this series, presents a thorough explanation of Hebrew grammar and introduces the most common Biblical Hebrew vocabulary. The First Hebrew Reader, the follow-up to the Primer, reviews and enhances the student's knowledge of grammar through direct contact with biblical texts. Auxiliary aids for the Primer include an answer key, an audio companion for learning Hebrew pronunciation, flashcards (hardcopy boxed set or computer loaded) for vocabulary practice, and grammar and verb charts.
